* A visit from Lilong, with lots of good food, particularly a lobster roll for Lilong!
* Baseball for Max
* Volunteering at the Lowell Folk Festival: This meant working at the Filipino food stand for our Filipino school (Iskwelahang Pilipino). Every year our stall is the most popular food stall, with a line that winds down the street and around the corner, and some patrons literally showing up with tupperware so they can take home tons of pancit, chicken and pork BBQ, and turon! Adrian, Max, and Patricia (Veronica was at camp) donned aprons and gloves and covered their hair. It was hot work, but so much fun!
