Attached you will find a collage of our neighborhood walk! The children loved pointed out the different things in our neighborhood they connected it with the book Franklin's Neighborhood!

We asked the kids: What did you see on our neighborhood walk?
Maximus: "I saw the train station."

Also in their art folders you will find a sheet of what their favorite things in their neighborhood is.

Hi Everyone!

We had a great day today Knuckle Bones came this morning and Gwen brought us new things to play with like mini trampolines for balls and big bouncing tubes. We all had a BLAST! Please see power point attached. Also attached is this weeks curriculum, we are continuing "All About Me" We are planning on creating an all about me book, charting our height, eye color, hair color, likes and dislikes. This might be a fun activity to try at home too with the whole family.

Happy Friday!

Attached you will find a copy of a collage of our day in preschool! For circle we read, ONE LOVE By Vanessa Brantley-Newton. We discussed different activities that make us happy and whom we share them with. Our supporting activities were using shapes to create our homes as well as identifying our street names and numbers. We also made collage people. Other activities included washing babies, cooking together at the house corner and using translucent blocks to make homes. The children are enjoying the theme "ALL ABOUT ME", we will continue this theme for next week as we get to know more of our favorite foods, activities and will continue to transform our house corner to reflect more of our favorite food boxes.

Hello Parents and Happy Friday!

Today, to celebrate the end of Summer, Preschool and Pre-K had a pizza party picnic in the field. The kids loved sitting on their towels and devoured their pizza. Some kids had as many as four slices! Attached is a Powerpoint presentation with pictures of all the fun we had during the picnic. I hope you enjoy them.

Also, I would be remiss if I didn't say one last thank you to all of you for being such great families and being so welcoming to me as a member of the TSC family. I am going to miss all of you, and I wanted to say thank you so much for all the cards and the well wishes. It really is wonderful to know you guys enjoyed having me around. I wish all of you nothing but the best! Thank you again.
