First Swim Lessons

We signed up both Veronica and Max for their first swim lessons this summer. They both loved it. Veronica can paddle around forever, but really dislikes getting her face wet. Max loves to play with the floating toys during class, but really dislikes floating on his back. Each swim class ends with a few trips down the slide, which they both enjoy. Here are a few photos and videos of their lessons.

Field trip!

We're on our way to the New England Aquarium for a field trip!

Marblehead with Ninang

Ninang (Aunt Elyse) came for a nice week-long visit in July. We all headed to Marblehead, MA for a few lobster rolls and ocean breezes.

Downingtown for July 4th

After Max's baptism in Virginia, we headed to Downingtown to visit with Grandma Betty, Uncle Paul, Aunt Penny and Denise for the July 4th holiday. They were tremendous hosts, with lots of great food and a fantastic pool that the kids really enjoyed. Here are a few photos from the 3 days we were there.

Hello Parents!

Today we made a turtle shell so that we could be like our friend, Murtle the Turtle (the large sea turtle at the New England Aquarium). The children loved this art activity and were so excited to wear their shells! Attached you will find pictures of the children creating and wearing their turtle backs!
