Subject: Preschool has some new fire chiefs.....

Hi, Preschool parents!
Attached, you will find a PowerPoint of the newest TSC Fire Chiefs! The children decorated their fire safety badges today and were eager to pose in front of the camera, proudly wearing them and a fire helmet. We spent the morning today discussing what to do if fire accidentally gets on our bodies and we practiced STOP, DROP AND ROLL. Please continue to have casual conversations with your children about keeping their bodies safe at all times and being aware of their surroundings. We are learning that SAFETY IS IMPORTANT!
Have a great week and enjoy!

Mrs. Zermani

Veronica will definitely miss her kindergarten teacher! Mrs. Zermani is a sweetheart and we were so lucky to have her. She sent home daily emails with what they did in class each day, complete with helpful questions to get your kid talking about their day. I hope we are just as lucky with Veronica's 1st Grade teacher! And that Max gets her as his kindergarten teacher! On the bright side, Mrs. Zermani was born and raised and still lives in Winchester, so hopefully we will see her about town.

En Ka Fair 20-21May2016

The En Ka Fair is our annual town fair. The En Ka Society are a charity that gives to many local organizations. It is really nice to have a fair right in our own little town. There are many kids' rides and the kids always have a great time.

Click here to see more photos and videos from the En Ka Fair. There are some entertaining videos, so check them out!

Jose's Birthday Dinner & Album Release Weekend in NYC 13-17May2016

In mid-May we went down to NYC for Jose's 40th birthday dinner and his album release concert. The first night Adrian and I ate at Filipino restaurant, Maharlika. The meal was fantastic.

The next day we had brunch and found a cool playground for the kids.

Jose's birthday dinner was held at his favorite restaurant, Quality Meats. The food was amazing.

The kids got to stay with Lola in her hotel room.

We had fun exploring the city and the pool in Ninong's building.

Jose's concert did not start until 9pm, so we got a babysitter for the kids. (Apparently, the babysitter played both Cosette AND Eponine in Les Mis as a child!) Veronica even made him a hilarious card that told him to break a leg. Jose is the big person in the center, the red line is blood coming out where his leg was. His leg is being held by the person on the left.

Jose was amazing and we had a wonderful evening.

After the concert, Adrian and I had some late night eats.

Before leaving NYC we got some ramen!

Veronica's Ballet Recital: Professional Photos

I purchased two of the professional photos from Veronica's ballet recital in May. We were only allowed to take photos/videos of the dress rehearsal and not during the actual recital, so these are photos from the actual recital. Click to enlarge photos.

Hello, Preschool and Pre-K parents!
What a wonderful time we had today visiting the Volpe Safety Traffic Show in our very own backyard! The children got to sit in and test out real flight, car and train simulators, see big trucks from many kinds of community helpers such as garbage trucks, firetrucks and police vans....as well as see these community helpers in uniform and in action. And best of all, we got a visit from some real "Crash Test Dummies"! We would like to thank Volpe for putting on such a wonderful show...we can't wait until next year!

Sincerely,
The Preschool and Pre-K teachers at TSC
